Brimos
AI-native service company

Custom software, delivered and maintained.

A small business describes one workflow it needs. AI agents plan, build, test and deploy it; engineers supervise the release and keep it running. We sell the outcome, not seats, hours or code.

How delivery works

Agents do the build. Engineers own the result.

  1. Agree the brief

The customer confirms a versioned brief. Requirements are mapped before work starts.

  2. Build

An architect agent splits the brief into tasks. Coding agents work in isolated containers; every change goes through a pull request and CI.

  3. Ship and check

Automated deploy, a health check of the service, then a QA pass on the live app.

  4. Maintain

Monitoring, bounded retries and follow-up changes through the same brief flow. When an agent cannot finish, an engineer takes the task.

Between prototype tools and hiring a developer there is a gap: someone has to deploy, check and maintain the result. Brimos takes that job at a fixed price plus a monthly maintenance fee.

Why now

The market is moving from code to running products.

  1. Y Combinator asked for it

Summer 2026 Requests for Startups: "AI-native companies that don't sell software—they sell the service."

  2. Services are the larger budget

Sequoia's Julien Bek, as quoted by TEN13: "For every dollar spent on software, six are spent on services."

  3. Lovable is moving the same way

Its co-founder: "Lovable does not output code. The output is a product." We will not compete with a self-serve builder head-on. Owning production for every customer does not scale on that model, and that is the segment we take.

Reusable modules are not new on their own. Brimos agents assemble products from modules defined as checkable contracts (spec, tests, interfaces), we answer for production and security, and engineers step in on escalation.
